Colouring Book: House of Quarantine

Like all of us, digital storyteller Emily D’Silva found herself thrown in the midst of very unsettling times. So she decided to create something to bring a bit of joy to people’s lives. Drawing inspiration from the home and celebrating the simple pleasures that bring us comfort and entertainment, Emily created 'The House of Quarantine’ , a colouring book to soothe the mind during lockdown 2.0.

“Colouring is said to have many therapeutic benefits, such as the ability to reduce stress and anxiety levels,” says Emily. “It encourages the mind to slow down and improve focus, thereby embracing a meditative sense of tranquillity, which is so important to sustain during troubled times.”

You can flick through Emily’s colouring book below, and download it for your creative pleasure.
